Because LearnForge Digital products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
When we review refunds
We may review and grant refund requests in cases such as:
- Duplicate purchases of the same product;
- Technical delivery issues that prevent you from downloading the files;
- Accidental or unauthorized orders reported promptly;
- A product that was materially different from its description.
How to request a refund
Email admin@learnforgedigital.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
